Quick Start: 5 Steps
Step 1: Prepare Your CSV File
Your CSV needs exactly two columns:
Product Name,Net Price
Premium Plan,99
Basic Plan,29
Enterprise,499
Requirements:
- First row must be:
Product Name,Net Price - Use period (.) for decimals, not comma
- Prices in Euros only
- No currency symbols (€, $)
- Maximum 1,000 products

Step 2: Upload Your File
- Go to the Bulk Calculator tab
- Click the upload area or drag and drop your CSV
- Wait 1-3 seconds for processing
- Verify your products appear in the preview
Step 3: Calculate
- Click "Calculate VAT for All Products"
- Processing takes 1-5 seconds for 100 products
- View results for all 27 EU countries
Example: 50 products = 1,350 calculations completed instantly (50 × 27 countries)
Step 4: Review Results
The results table shows:
- Product name and net price
- First 5 countries as preview (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands)
- "+22" indicator for remaining countries
- Full data available in exports
